In March we drove the 950 miles to disneyland - It was so much fun! I'm not sure what fueled us - the excitement from the kids, or the detour though Napa we took on the way home!

Red wine and chocolate
Over President's weekend the whole family made our 2nd annual pilgrimage to pay homage to the wine gods in the Yakima AVA, Washington for the Yakima Red Wine and Chocolate Event. We paid a visit to our all time favorite, Portteus, which makes a fabulous Cab Franc - other favorites were Sagelands, Sheridan, Kestral and Desert Wind.
